We make sure that all products are in their top condition when they arrive to you. However, we do not refund returns for change of mind orders.
Refunds and returns are only issued in the event of a manufacturing fault or damaged upon arrival as per consumer law.
Our Return policy lasts 14 days (after you receive your order). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
Any item not in its original condition, appears to have been worn or damaged are not eligible for a return.
If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed and we will be in contact with you via email.
To complete your return, we require your receipt or proof of purchase. Please include this in your parcel when returning your item.
If 14 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a return or exchange.
Orders purchased with a discount code are not eligible for a refund.
